New construction residential build focusing on energy efficient design. JS Engineering and Design provided conceptual design and rendering and permit application support. The design focused on energy efficiency, starting with load modeling and ensuring the latest technologies are included in design. JS Engineering and Design is currently providing construction management services throughout the build.
CAD Modeling
Drawings for the build start with 3D modeling to ensure the client is aligned with the design and all the needs and wants are addressed.
Realistic Rendering
Renderings assist in conceptualizing the home, and ensure all elements blend together. Renderings allow viewing the home in all elements and during all times of day.
Construction Management
